Dwarf's story

 

Just as everyone else, Dwarf struggled with keeping their employees active while working from home during the second COVID-19 lockdown in the winter months.

As active breaks were previously only associated with being social in the office, Pleazers became a new addition to the workday during the lockdown reality.

After Dwarf returned to the office in March 2021, Pleazers were a way to start the day together. All employees gathered at least twice a week, and while having fun and laughs they were strengthening the new habit of active physical and mental breaks.

At Dwarf, the main focus is on the functional exercises to decrease risk of office injuries. However, this does not stop them from an occasional dance around the chair on a Friday. Socializing and health combined!

Samarbejdet

Dwarf har brugt Pleaz siden august 2020. Brugen af Pleaz til aktive pauser har altid været en social ting, som samler medarbejdere på tværs af afdelinger. Dette skaber et uformelt arbejdsmiljø. Med omkring 60 ansatte er Dwarf en af Pleaz mindre kunder, der beviser at mindre virksomheder med fordel kan fokusere på at styrke medarbejdernes trivsel og sundhed.
